Aquatic Therapy Treatment 1:1 45 mins

Throughout each session we will work with you, tailoring treatment techniques according to your abilities and individual rehabilitation goals. We will respond to how your body is moving in the water and adapt each session accordingly, so you get the most from your time in the water.

Each session lasts 45 minutes.

Please ensure you wear appropriate swimwear and bring a water bottle with you (not glass).

Group Class 45 minutes

Group exercise sessions

We run group Aquatic Therapy sessions for up to 10 people (venue dependent).

These are aimed at clients who do not require 1:1 input. If you are confident exercising in shallow water, this is an affordable way to access the benefits of Aquatic Therapy.

You may have already been a 1:1 client, wishing to continue exercising under supervision, or perhaps based on your initial appointment the group setting might be a suitable option.
